Two sessions per week, 90 minutes each — one theory, one practical. Theory sessions work through every exam topic in order of weight, using practice questions with full explained answers so you learn the reasoning, not just the right letter. Practical sessions cover timed mock stations, proper setup, draping, infection control, and exactly what evaluators look for on exam day.

Our attendance standard: We hold our students to the same standard the board exam holds them to — because the real exam starts on time, no exceptions. At the same time, we understand that life happens. That's why we build in one grace period of up to 10 minutes per program. This is not an invitation to arrive late — it's one human moment per student, for genuine emergencies like traffic or an accident. A second late arrival or any absence, regardless of reason, will forfeit the guarantee. Students who are disciplined in practice are disciplined on exam day.
What does not qualify: The guarantee does not apply to the Self-Paced or 1:1 Intensive packages. It does not apply if the student misses any session, arrives late, or fails to attempt the real exam within the 60-day window. The free repeat is non-transferable and has no cash value.
How to claim: Email us your official PSI score report within 60 days of your exam date. We will confirm eligibility and enroll you in the next available session.
Practical supplies: Students are responsible for bringing all required practical supplies to every hands-on session. A complete supply list will be sent upon registration. Arriving without required supplies does not excuse attendance and will count against guarantee eligibility.
We alternate cohorts monthly — one month is dedicated to cosmetology candidates, the next to barbering candidates. This keeps each cohort fully focused on the content relevant to your specific exam with no overlap or distraction.
